This is hands-on delivery work: configuring, migrating, testing, and cutting over identity services under the direction of workstream leads and an Identity Architect.

About the Role

| Application Migration | Migrate SAML and OIDC applications onto Okta, including integration build, testing, and cutover. |
| Identity Governance and Lifecycle | Configure Okta Identity Governance, build JML automation in Okta Workflows, and replace Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) provisioning. |
| RADIUS | Migrate RSA RADIUS authentication services to the target-state platform. |
| Directory Modernization | Modernize legacy LDAP directory services and their dependent integrations. |
What You Will Do
- Build and configure Okta integrations for applications, directories, and infrastructure services
- Execute application migrations end to end: discovery, integration build, testing with app owners, and cutover
- Configure governance capabilities in Okta Identity Governance, including access request flows and certifications (governance focus)
- Develop lifecycle automation in Okta Workflows and migrate provisioning logic off MIM (governance focus)
- Migrate RADIUS clients and authentication policies with minimal user disruption (RADIUS focus)
- Assess LDAP-dependent applications and implement modernization paths for each (directory focus)
- Troubleshoot authentication and provisioning issues across Okta, Active Directory, and connected systems
- Write and maintain runbooks, cutover checklists, and as-built documentation
- Raise blockers and integration risks to your workstream lead early
What You Bring
- 4+ years in identity and access management with hands-on Okta administration or engineering experience
- Working knowledge of SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM
- Experience with Active Directory and at least one of: LDAP directories, RADIUS, or MIM
- Scripting ability in PowerShell or Python, and comfort working with REST APIs
- Experience testing and cutting over identity integrations in production environments
- Clear written documentation habits and a methodical approach to migration work
Nice to Have
- Okta Certified Professional or Okta Certified Administrator
- Okta Workflows or workflow automation experience
- Prior work on an IGA implementation or an MIM decommission
- RSA SecurID or RSA RADIUS administration experience
- Consulting or professional services delivery background
