We are seeking a highly experienced CyberArk Architect with 15+ years of IT experience and extensive expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM), CyberArk architecture, implementation, and enterprise security. The individual will lead large-scale PAM transformation initiatives, define target architecture, drive CyberArk adoption, and provide technical leadership across global programs.

We are seeking a highly experienced CyberArk Architect with 15+ years of IT experience and extensive expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM), CyberArk architecture, implementation, and enterprise security. The individual will lead large-scale PAM transformation initiatives, define target architecture, drive CyberArk adoption, and provide technical leadership across global programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. CyberArk Architecture & Strategy
- Design and architect enterprise-wide CyberArk PAM solutions.
- Define PAM roadmap, target-state architecture, and security standards.
- Lead CyberArk deployment across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Establish privileged access governance frameworks and best practices.
- Architect and oversee implementation of:
- CyberArk Privileged Access Manager (PAM)
- Privileged Session Manager (PSM)
- Central Policy Manager (CPM)
- Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA)
- CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM)
- Secrets Management / Conjur
- Dynamic Privileged Access (DPA)
- Lead upgrades, migrations, DR design, and platform optimization.
- Define vaulting, password rotation, session monitoring, and privileged account onboarding strategies.
- Integrate CyberArk with:
- Active Directory / Entra ID
- SailPoint / Saviynt / IGA platforms
- ServiceNow
- SIEM solutions (Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar)
- Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Design API-based and automated onboarding solutions.
- Implement Secrets Management for applications, containers, and DevOps environments.
- Define privileged access policies and controls.
- Support compliance initiatives including SOX, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, NIST, HIPAA, and GDPR.
- Design privileged account review and certification processes.
- Drive audit readiness and remediation programs.
- Act as PAM SME and trusted advisor for clients and senior leadership.
- Lead architecture workshops and design reviews.
- Mentor CyberArk engineers and technical leads.
- Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, IAM, Risk, and Compliance teams.
- 15+ years of IT experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on CyberArk experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- CyberArk PAM Suite
- PSM, CPM, PVWA, PTA
- EPM and Conjur
- Secrets Management
- Privileged Session Monitoring
- Experience with Windows, Linux, Unix, Databases, Network Devices, and Cloud Platforms.
- Strong scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Python, REST APIs).
- Knowledge of Zero Trust and Identity Security frameworks.
- CyberArk Defender/Guardian/Sentry Certifications.
- Experience with CyberArk Cloud PAM.
- Exposure to SailPoint, Saviynt, BeyondTrust, Delinea, or HashiCorp Vault.
- Experience leading enterprise PAM programs supporting 50,000+ identities and thousands of privileged accounts.
